All of our American Heart Association courses provide a 2 year certification and include the new G2015 textbook.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

This (BLS) is designed for students who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings, including in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.  Though this course is designed specifically for Healthcare professionals, law enforcement, Fire/EMS, Life guards etc... it is open to anyone who would like to learn more.

This course includes training in 1 and 2 rescuer Adult, Child and Infant CPR, use of an AED, use of the bag valve mask system, rescue breathing, how to relieve choking and more.  Skills and written test are included in this course.

Heartsaver® First Aid

This course is designed for those who need to fulfill a workplace First Aid training requirement or those who just want to learn for personal purposes.  This course covers a wide variety of topics including: Breathing problems, choking, allergic reactions, heart attack, fainting, diabetic emergencies, stroke, seizure, shock, bleeding, wounds, head, neck & spine injuries, broken bones, burns, bites & stings, heat and cold emergencies and poisoning.

This course can be combined with the Heartsaver CPR modules.

Course Fee: $60 alone; Combine with Adult/Child CPR module and train for only $80!

E-Learning Courses

The BLS and the Heartsaver FIRST AID/CPR/AED courses can each be taken using the e-learning format.

Students will be given the information to take the 'Part 1' learning portion and a written test. Once this is completed, students will then contact ECTS and an appointment will be made for the hands on instructor skills testing portion.  

Students will receive the same 2 year certification card that is given in a classroom based course. 

Course fee:  Price varies depending on which elearning course is chosen.

Part 2 skills testing:  If you have already completed a 'part one' session and only need the skills, cost will be $35 - $45 per person depending on which course skills are being tested.

Pet First Aid

This ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute) course teaches students how to approach an injured animal, CPR, rescue breathing, choke saving, bleeding control, wound treatment, burns, eye injuries, poisoning, electrical shock, bites, heat and cold exposure and much more!

Course fee: $55   Students receive an ASHI Pet First aid textbook and 2-year certification.

Heartsaver® CPR

This course is designed for those who need to fulfill a workplace CPR training requirement or those who just want to learn for personal purposes.  This course includes Adult & Child CPR and AED training.  Infant CPR training is available with this course (add $10). 

Course Fee:  $60; Combine with the First Aid module and train for only $80!

Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid

With child care providers in mind, the American Heart Association designed this pediatric course to meet the regulatory and credentialed training requirements for child care workers in all 50 states.

This course covers Adult, child and Infant CPR and Pediatric First Aid.

Though this course is designed for child care workers, teachers, foster care workers or parents, camp counselors, youth groups & coaches, it is open to anyone who would like a further emphasis on Pediatric care.

Bloodborne Pathogens

This AHA course is designed to meet the Occupational Safety & Health Administrations requirements of bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific training.

Course Fee: $60.00 alone $30.00 when combined with the Heartsaver CPR/First Aid course.

Heartsaver® CPR in Schools

The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver CPR in Schools Course is designed to teach middle and high school students the lifesaving skills of CPR, choke saving and how to operate an AED (automated external defibrillator).

The course was designed to appeal to students through illustrations of teens and a unique training video featuring interviews with teens and edgy video footage. Also, the course’s modular format is intended to offer schools the flexibility to teach the course over several class periods.

This course provides your students with an AHA certification card.
